At The Lingerie Atelier, we work closely with select ateliers and suppliers. While we strive to keep availability accurate, certain items may sell out quickly or become unavailable without prior notice.

Availability Notice: Stock is confirmed after checkout. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you promptly with refund, exchange, or store credit options.

How We Handle Unavailable Items

  • Prompt Contact: If an item becomes unavailable post-checkout, our Customer Care team will email you within 24 hours.
  • Your Choice: We will offer a full refund, an exchange for a similar item of equal value, or store credit.
  • Partial Orders: If your order contains available and unavailable items, we may ship available items first and resolve the remainder per your preference.

Backorders & Pre-Orders

  • Backorder: Items temporarily out of stock may be placed on backorder with an estimated restock window. We’ll update you by email if timelines change.
  • Pre-Order: For select launches, estimated ship dates will appear on the product page. Payment is taken at checkout to reserve your piece.

Inventory Accuracy

Our catalog syncs with trusted partners, but occasional delays in supplier updates or high demand may affect real-time stock accuracy. We continually refine our systems to minimize discrepancies.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method once confirmed (allow 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank).
  • Exchange: Choose a comparable style/size of equal value; subject to availability.
  • Store Credit: Issued as a gift card or code for future purchases.
