Returns & Exchanges Policy

At The Lingerie Atelier, we want you to feel truly confident in every piece you select. Each item is carefully inspected before it leaves our atelier to ensure it reaches you in flawless condition.

Because lingerie is intimate by nature, we uphold strict hygiene standards. Please review our policy carefully before making a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags, branded packaging, and hygiene seals/tags must remain attached and intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items marked Final Sale (including panties, thongs, bodysuits, hosiery, and clearance items) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, scent, damage, or removal of hygiene seals/tags. Such items will be returned to you and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Request Approval: Email support@thelingerieatelier.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: If eligible, we’ll send you return details and next steps.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Use a secure, trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Completion: After inspection, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method or send your replacement. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges (subject to stock availability). For a smoother experience, you may choose store credit to reorder your preferred size or style immediately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Final Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for lost or untracked return parcels.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees.
